How To Order Samples?

Ordering samples is simple. For subway, zellige, and cement tiles, locate the 'Sample' button on the product page of your desired tile. Click it and the sample will be added to your cart. For all other products, select '1' in the quantity field, then proceed to checkout.
How to install tiles?

We're dedicated to making your tile installation as smooth as possible. Upon request, we provide our clients with a comprehensive installation guide. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to assist you throughout the process.
Do I need to seal the tiles?

Although our cement tiles are pre-sealed at our factory, we highly recommend an additional seal before and after grout application. This further enhances the tile's durability and stain resistance.
What type of grout should I use?

To protect the surface of your tile, we suggest using unsanded grout. This type of grout is less likely to scratch or damage the tile during installation.
What type of sealant should I use?

After extensive testing, we found that Dry Treat Stain Proof Sealer provides the best results. This product can be purchased directly through our website.

We recommend ordering an overage of 10 to 15% to account for cuts during installation and any potential future repairs. It's better to have a little extra on hand than to find yourself short during your project.

Do you offer dealerships?

Please note that all our sales are final. As every tile in our collection is unique and meticulously crafted, we strongly recommend ordering samples before proceeding with your actual purchase. This helps ensure that the product meets your aesthetic and quality expectations. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns, including those of unopened boxes.
Shipping

Most of our orders are shipped Less Than Truckload (LTL), meaning they will arrive on a pallet or in a crate, depending on the size of your order. Upon receiving your shipment, it's crucial to inspect it before the driver departs.
What if my item arrives damaged?

In the unfortunate event of noticing visible damage:
- Capture photos of the damaged merchandise.
- Sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) indicating that the goods were received damaged, and photograph this as well.
- Accept the delivery, marking it as damaged.
- If the shipment is extensively damaged, we advise refusing delivery, so it can be returned to us.
- Forward all relevant documentation and photographs to: cementocollection@gmail.com
After we receive your documentation, we'll proceed to send you the replacement items as soon as possible.
Installation and Maintenance

Cemento Collection cannot be held accountable for any errors related to installation or maintenance. It's vital to ensure that your chosen installer has sufficient experience with cement tiles.
For cleaning your cement tiles, we recommend using Dry Treat Rejuvenata or a suitable pH-neutral soap, such as clear liquid dish soap, combined with warm water. It's a gentle yet effective way to keep your tiles looking their best.
